What does a ticket include?
Each ticket includes entry for 1 child and 1 adult (e.g. if you buy tickets for 2 children, 2 adults can go free).
Can I purchase additional adult tickets?
Yes, additional adult tickets are available on the day of the event for £1, please email us if you plan on buying an extra adult ticket.
How many children can one adult bring?
One adult can accompany up to 4 children to the event.
Am I able to drop off my child(ren) and pick them up at the end of the session?
No, a supervising adult must be present at the event at all times.
Are there any additional extras I need to be prepared for at the event?
At the event there will be the opportunity to purchase hot/cold drinks, snacks, raffle tickets, and lucky dip entries. All these inexpensive activities will help us raise as much as we can for The Children's Hospital Charity!

Is there parking at the venue?
There is plenty of parking available at and around the venue.
Is the event fully accessible?
All areas of the event are fully accessible. We please ask that you email us with any special requirements so that we can ensure the correct provisions are in place.
What age is this event suitable for?
The recommended age group for this activity day is 4-11 years old.
How will my contact details be used?
Your contact details will only be used by us, to give you access to information about the event. Postcodes will be monitored so we can assess our marketing strategy and as we are final year students at Sheffield Hallam University, we will send you an evaluative survey after the event. The response to this email will be optional but all surveys completed will be received gratefully!
